Where are you based?
Based in Superior, Colorado, I’ve spent decades honing my craft in a place that inspires clarity, groundedness, and vision. While Colorado is home, I travel extensively across the U.S. and internationally to serve audiences who are ready for powerful, transformational experiences.What is your speaking fee?
I tailor my speaking fees based on key factors such as audience size, event location, type of presentation (keynote, breakout, training or a combination), and the level of customization you require.
My goal is always to create a fee structure that reflects the tremendous value I bring while respecting your event’s needs and economic context.

I don’t waive my speaking fee just for exposure—but I do believe in strategic partnerships that create real value.
If your event lacks a traditional speaker budget, the right access, introductions, or promotional opportunities can sometimes create a win-win exchange worth considering.

I handle travel with the same professionalism I bring to the stage: efficient, strategic, and fully aligned with delivering peak performance for your event.
Business or premium economy class flights (depending on flight duration), accommodations at reputable hotels, and ground transportation are standard expectations.
Travel expenses are billed separately or can be included in an all-inclusive engagement fee if preferred.
My priority is simple: arrive prepared, energized, and ready to create an unforgettable experience for your audience.Do you require a deposit to hold a date?
Preferably!
I do have a busy agenda and in order to 'lock' a date for you, I would request a small non-refundable deposit.
We can agree on the amount when we talk on the phone.
Even though your deposit is non-refundable, I will take it into consideration when we agree in new dates for your event.What can we expect of you as a speaker?

Corporate Engagements
Do you offer free training sample sessions?
This is possible, I am o please you from step 1
A physical onsite meeting depends on your location. I would certainly be happy to offer a 30 - 60minute training sample to your executive team if that is what you require.
I can also do a sample in a webinar format. This might be easier and more cost-effective. It is not the same but will it can give your executives a better idea of my speaking style and what I can provide for your organization.Are your presentations bespoke to our needs?

I am not a "canned" presenter...
Before the event, I will make sure we set up time so you can tell me about the outcome you want from the event. I will research your company, your industry and prepare my material to make sure YOU obtain the outcome we agreed on.Do you offer follow-up after an event?
ABSOLUTELY!
In my experience, if there is no follow-up, people will forget what they learned during the event in less than a week. I offer multiple follow-up possibilities and I will make sure we cover this issue when we talk on the phone.Can you design a training program for us?
